ATTENDEE POLICIES
The promoter, EC3 team and security team reserves the right to dismiss or ban any attendee from attending for any reason. This includes the time period in-between shows. We do not tolerate violence, mistreatment, or any type of harassment towards other vendors, staff, guests, or attendees during our events and/or prior to our events via social media platforms and/or discord groups.
By attending the East Coast Collectibles Convention, you consent to being photographed or filmed for marketing purposes.
Only those with a vendor badge are allowed behind tables.
Admission tickets are nonrefundable.
The promoter and EC3 team reserves the right to change autograph guest appearances and start times as needed.
The promoter and EC3 team are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Due to the size of the event, Mohegan Sun requires a security checkpoint in the hallway for attendees to enter.
Attendees or anyone without a vendor badge are not permitted to enter the ballroom until the show begins. During show hours, an attendee wristband must be visible. The security team reserves the right to stop you.
Attendees must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Attendees will not hold management liable for any breaches, losses, or damage to themselves or their property. All attendees agree to hold blameless the promoter, EC3 team, sponsors, and Mohegan Sun against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims, or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss, or theft due to said attendees participation at EC3.
There is a No-Refund policy unless determined by the promoter.
Attendees agree to abide by all show rules, policies, procedures and to accept the responsibility for the compliance by all members of his or her party throughout the course of the show.
